1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the following business day.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location. Timeframes are approximate and subject to courier or external circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and vary based on order value and location.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Nivara Nest disclaims liability for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by buyers.
5. Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
6. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Nivara Nest delivers within India only.
