Question 1

Is the fabric safe for newborn skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every piece is GOTS-certified organic muslin with toxin-free dyes — hypoallergenic, breathable in Indian heat, and gentle enough for day-one skin. The open weave gets softer with every wash.

Question 2

How should I wash it?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener. Line dry in shade for the longest fabric life — muslin softens rather than wears with washing.

Question 3

Does the sizing run big or small?

Accepted Answer

True to age. If your baby is between sizes or growing fast, take the next size up — muslin drapes softly, so slightly roomy always works. The size guide above has exact measurements.

Question 4

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes — COD works on all serviceable PIN codes across India. Prepaid orders over ₹1,999 also ship free.

Question 5

What if it doesn’t suit my baby?

Accepted Answer

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we replace it at our cost — pan India. Write to us with a photo and we will sort it out.

Question 6

Can I gift this for a baby shower?

Accepted Answer

Beautifully. Use “Build a Gift” to pair it with other muslin essentials in gift-ready packaging, or add a note at checkout and we’ll tuck it in.
