3.Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4.Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. Nivara Nest reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Nivara Nest. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

6.Limitation of Liability

Nivara Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising infants while using products.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

8. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made from www.nivaranest.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Mandatory Opening Video Requirement To be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund, the customer must record a clear, uninterrupted opening (unboxing) video at the time of opening the delivered package. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process without any cuts or edits, and the product with tags visible. Claims raised without a valid opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange Return or exchange requests will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• Product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

• Original tags and packaging are intact

• Opening video is provided

• Product passes internal quality inspection

Nivara Nest reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed products, items without tags or original packaging, products damaged due to misuse, and items purchased during clearance or sale are strictly non-returnable, unless defective.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a valid opening video. Upon verification, Nivara Nest may offer a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only for size issues and subject to stock availability. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after successful quality inspection. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a verified defect or incorrect shipment.

7. Return Shipping

For verified defects or incorrect deliveries, return shipping will be borne by Nivara Nest. For all other approved cases, the customer bears return shipping costs.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier or external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and vary based on order value and location.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Nivara Nest is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

6. Shipping Coverage

Currently, Nivara Nest delivers within India only.
